Mortgage Administrator

Position: MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR (Permanent)
Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional firm of Mortgage Brokers.

Due to continued growth within the business our client are looking to recruit an experience Mortgage Administrator to join their team.

Role

* Full-time, office-based Mortgage Administration vacancy.

* Process mortgage application forms with lenders.

* Checking on the progress of applications through to completion.

* Inputting cases onto iO.

* Inputting cases onto Lender’s systems.

* Uploading supporting information.

* Electronic s.

* Keeping adviser updated of progress via email and Pipe Drive.

* Using Mortgage Metrics for rate improvements.

* Any other relevant duties the directors feel is necessary.

* Accurate and timely processing of client applications.

* Making sure the adviser is aware of the current case position.

* Maintaining high levels of vigilance to possible fraud and money laundering activities.

* Ensure the company meets obligations under our ‘Rate Assurance Guarantee’.

Candidate

* Professional, well spoken and confident.

* Excellent telephone manner.

* Well presented.

* Previous Mortgage Administration a strong advantage.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to liaise at all levels.
