Your Mission
As a  Senior Frontend Engineer , you will be the creative force behind intuitive, high-performance interfaces that make complex systems easy to use. You’ll design and develop analytical dashboards and client applications (web and mobile) that allow users to interact with our advanced API ecosystem.
This role goes beyond simply displaying data - you’ll craft fluid user experiences to visualize document flows, statistics, and system configurations.

Key Responsibilities
Dashboard Development:  Build sophisticated web dashboards using  React , with a strong focus on data visualization and interaction with REST APIs.
Mobile Applications:  Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps with  React Native  for on-the-go access to our services.
UI & Styling:  Create clean, responsive, and consistent interfaces using  Tailwind CSS  and component libraries like  Material UI , ensuring excellent UX.
Quality Assurance:  Implement robust automated tests (Unit, Integration, E2E) to guarantee stability and reliability.

Collaboration:

Work closely with backend engineers to define API contracts and ensure seamless integration.

Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience with Frontend development in a tech/product company
React & React Native:  Proven senior-level experience in building SPAs and mobile apps.
State Management:  Expertise in handling complex states (API data, filters, pagination).
Styling:  Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and/or Material UI.
Testing:  Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
API Consumption:  Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, error handling, and performance optimization.
Native Italian and fluent English are a must

Nice-to-Have
Type Script:  Familiarity or willingness to adopt for type safety.
Design Tools:  Ability to interpret Figma designs or create quick wireframes.

Soft Skills
Attention to Detail:  Precision is key when dealing with fiscal and legal documents.
Problem Solving:  Translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant interfaces.
Autonomy:  Own the full lifecycle of features—from concept to deployment.
