At Babcock we’re creating a safer, more secure world. This dynamic role combines technical expertise with training delivery, supporting the UK Ministry of Defence.

Day‑to‑day you will:

• Develop and deliver training packages meeting regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update training materials to ensure compliance.
• Provide technical support on airframe and propulsion systems.
• Ensure adherence to Part 145, Part 66, and Part 147 regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet business needs.

This full‑time role is split 20 hours on‑site at LAFT2 Leuchars and 20 hours hybrid training delivery to trainee Licensed Aircraft Engineers.

• Proven training delivery and curriculum development (Part 66 & Part 147).
• Maintaining training materials and ensuring compliance.
• Strong technical skills in aeronautical engineering (Level 3 or equivalent).
• In‑depth understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of relevant aviation regulations.

• Certification of Education in a teaching/training qualification.
• Experience in a Part 147 training environment.
• City & Guilds Level 3 in Aeronautical Engineering.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC security clearance.
