Kickstart your career in logistics and business administration! We're looking for a motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our transport office team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced logistics environment while working towards a recognised qualification in Business Administration.

• Provide general office support including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
• Assist with transport admin tasks such as vehicle VORs, repair estimates, PCNs, and logistics coordination.
• Prepare and process documentation including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Liaise with depot management, suppliers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records using IT systems and support compliance with company policies.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets).

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred.
• Interest in business administration and logistics.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
