Site Managers required | £58,000 – £68,000 + bonus + package (fleet vehicle, iPhone, macbook, pension, private healthcare) | Berkshire | Permanent

I have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join an award-winning small to medium sized developer on a permanent basis, initially working on luxury houses and apartments across Berkshire.

The company have been operating for over decades and have earned a great reputation with their clients for delivering beautiful, popular housing developments.

The company currently has a strong line of upcoming work, with contracts ranging from 10m to 80m in value.

They are looking for experienced Site Managers that have a strong track record of overseeing new build housing schemes of similar value. Ideally you will have all round construction knowledge and have experience of RC frames, ground-works and concrete.

Site Manager:

• Strong track record of managing Housing / Residential schemes
• Residential background
• Excellent all round residential / construction knowledge and experience
• RC frame experience
• Experience of traditional build houses
• Strong understanding on UK building regulations
• Excellent management skills with the ability to get the best out of full site teams
• Full UK drivers’ license
