Today, we are looking for an Advanced Full-Stack Web Developer to support the development of our dev team's skills.

The role will involve leading development projects on Fleet's current platform.

As part of Fleet's Tech team, they will be responsible for developing new features and integrating them into the current platform:

• Write technical specifications for your projects based on business needs
• Make pragmatic technical decisions (choice of technology, service provider, build vs. buy, etc.)
• Deliver high-quality projects by setting your own deadlines and ensuring their QA
• Mentor less experienced developers and push your colleagues to excel
• Work with a Product team and have a customer‑centric vision

• Development of our IT security offering (MDM, antivirus, VPN, Password Manager)
• Improvement of our app to adapt it to larger hardware fleets (500‑1000+)
• Development of our internal tools: supply, ops, KYB, contract management, billing, etc.
• Improving our sales and marketing tools (tracking, retargeting, mailings, automation, reporting, etc.)
• Opening up our API to external partners
• Participating in the scaling of our solution for the international market
• Improving internal tech processes: implementing unit testing, continuous integration, error management (Sentry), monitoring

• Graduate of a reputable engineering or computer science school
• Initial successful experience in a start‑up or scale‑up
• Ability to work independently on complex projects
• Strong attraction to start‑ups and the world of entrepreneurship
• Good analytical skills and enjoy solving problems
