What You Will Do
  • Provide Personal Care – Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort
  • Support Daily Living – Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Offer Companionship – Provide emotional support and companionship, helping clients feel less isolated
  • Conduct Wellbeing Checks – Make regular checks to ensure clients are safe, comfortable, and their needs are met
  • Ensure Compliance – Adhere to company policies on privacy, health and safety, and care standards
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement – Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance services and care processes
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in Care – Previous experience preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential
  • Positive Attitude – Friendly, supportive demeanour with a passion for assisting those in need
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Communicate effectively with clients and families, providing exceptional service
