This new Rsidentail site will start from March 2026.As a Residential Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service. Scheduled patrols and Excellent reporting, since you will be working with people in Residential environment.

Responsibilities for Residential Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks and to maintain order and establish presence
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Scan check points with G
  - Track without deviation.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
  - Laws on the client's site.
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.

Qualifications for Residential Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• We will asssit you in obtaining a Manitoba Security license if you dont have one.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge of G
  - Track systems ( Asset)
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
