With a large digital transformation already starting in the Group, we aim to implement and integrate new complex interfaces, upgrade their systems and technical tools.
The main job purpose would be to develop and support a global, repeatable, and logical process to effectively resolve any issues arising from the installation and subsequent operation of Serialization hardware components in packaging operations.
The role is based on client's premises in Sesto Fiorentino, and is organized with an Hybrid work environment and a shift schedule , with a morning shift and afternoon shift Monday to Friday, and a week of night shifts once a month (on on-call availability).
Responsibility for the role:
Provide support to Serialization execution System
Coordinate with remote teams in Automation/software qualification and software validation activities and further provide assistance to Serialization support team to manage serialized lines
Maintain and update procedures as required.
Formal investigation of support issues, communication with impacted stakeholders, vendor, pro-active resolution/closure of the issue, and updating appropriate knowledge management records.
Requirements:
Italian and English communication proficiency.
Experience of providing Automation support to pharma manufacturing/packaging systems.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to troubleshoot SCADA software/hardware issues and provide timely resolution.
Advantages:
