Periodically consult with business teams to evaluate learning needs and identify skill gaps caused by business changes. Progress Monitoring:
Supervise development plans and the completion of classroom, on-the-job, and online training activities. Program Maintenance:
Keep Competency Programs and Matrices updated and aligned with new technologies. Logistics and Communication:
Manage the planning, communication, and uploading of training credits to the Learning Management System (LMS) for the ME population. Effectiveness Follow-up:
