Partner with your Store Leader to develop the best team:
Support in creating a high‑performing team where diversity is embraced and every person is valued and feels a sense of belonging.
Encourage discussions and invite ideas and different perspectives to drive creativity and collaboration.
Create a culture that embraces feedback; give praise, share successes, coach and challenge.
You will always be customer focused:
Maintain a welcoming and fun environment for your customers and team.
Be committed to delivering an engaging and memorable customer experience in your store and inspire your team to do the same.
Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in‑store CRM tools to support you and your team.
You will collaborate with your Store Leader to be commercial:
Continually demonstrate a commitment to driving your business.
Collaborate and build key relationships to accelerate store growth.
Demonstrate expert market awareness and the ability to use analysis to maximise trading opportunities.
Lead and deliver operational excellence, showing respect and consideration for people, product, and your environment.

Experienced Leader (preferably within luxury fashion but not essential)
In love with fashion!
Culture:
