Position: Sales Assistant 20h (M/F/D) - Firenze

As part of our new corner in Florence, we are looking for our future
** Sales Assistant
** to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Sessùn brand.
** Job description :
*** Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling
* Operate the cash register efficiently
* Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets
* Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)
* Implement visual merchandising and the organisation of the front and back of the store, following Sessun standards under the supervision of the shop manager

Preferred Experience
* Creative and passionate about fashion, you have solid experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
* You enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
* You are a team player and like challenges.
* You are both fluent in Italian and English.
