Location: Rock Island
Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center and Tamarac Rehabilitation and Health Center in Florida. We seek a licensed PTA to deliver skilled therapy in SNF settings, working within dedicated therapy gyms and a multidisciplinary team to improve residents’ function and independence.
Experience in SNF or post-acute care is preferred; active Florida PTA license or eligibility is required.
