Finance Manager

Finance Manager | Folkestone | £60k - £65k depending on experience Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? Were looking for a Finance Manager to join our clients team, where youll make a real impact on business performance while supporting and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and support the Purchase and Sales Ledger function,fostering a growth-oriented and positive environment. Manage banking authorisations, approvals, and customer credit checks. Lead month-end reconciliations, prepare journals, and ensureaccuratebalance sheets. Assistin producing clear and actionable monthly statements and performance reports. Handle payroll processing, PAYE submissions, and pension reconciliations with care and confidentiality. Prepare andsubmitquarterly VAT returns and support annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, customers, and suppliers. Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience:

Excellent knowledge of Excel. FMCG, Retail/stock experience. Experience in 3PL. The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMAqualified,candidates will be considered if they are part qualified or qualified by experience.
