Care Assistant; Mornings​/Part time

We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Folkestone and Hythe, Kent. You’ll work mornings, 7am - 1pm and weekends, with guaranteed hours contracts available for extra security.

Care Assistant (Part time, Full Time) – in the Folkestone & Hythe area.

At Home Instead, we give you the time to make a difference. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters — helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued.

You’ll be supporting older adults with things like:

• Personal care and mobility
• Making a meal or a comforting cuppa
• Keeping their home tidy and safe
• Sharing stories, laughter and companionship
• Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (training provided)

No previous care experience? No problem — we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.

• Guaranteed Hours contracts available (10–20/wk)— steady, reliable income
