Production Operatives

Location: Folkestone, Kent

Type: Temporary Roles - Day & Night 12-Hour Shifts Available

Shifts: 06:00 am to 06:00 pm and 06:00 pm to 06:00 am

Pay: £12.21 - £14.65 per hour

• Operate and monitor production machines efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure top quality
• Follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workspace
• Report equipment or safety issues promptly

• Experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment (bonus for experience with long shifts)
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Flexibility with shift patterns, including 12-hour shifts
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Punctuality, dependability, and a proactive approach
