We’re looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, meet SLA agreements and manage a cleaning team across multiple client sites.

• Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
• Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
• Handle issues professionally and escale to line manager when needed

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and to a schedule
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to service excellence
• Willingness to support continuous improvement in service delivery
