Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement:
Office-based during training, with hybrid working available once trained
Paid at £14 per hour, weekly on a temp contract basis via Search. Assignment minimum length is: 3 months with likely extension and permanent opportunities internally.
About the Role:
Join our clients Forfar team as an Administrative Assistant, where you'll support a busy office environment and contribute to delivering a high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing petty cash transactions
Minute taking and meeting support
Raising purchase orders and tracking approvals
Updating systems and records accurately
Filing and document control
Front-facing customer service and phone handling
Safeguarding confidential information
Skills & Experience:
Strong attention to detail and time management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in a similar role is advantageous
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
