Applications Administrator

Location:

Forfar (2 day per week) + Remote (3 days per week), only applicants residing within 20 miles of Forfar will be considered. Pay: £14 per hour Start:
January 2026

We are seeking a Licensing Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis until April 2026 (with the possibility of review). This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working with a variety of applications and customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

Processing a variety of licensing applications
Following up on applicant queries and contacting applicants for further information
Taking payments and ensuring accurate records
Monitoring and managing a shared email inbox
Working to deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in administration or customer service
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Comfortable using digital systems and Microsoft Office

The Role

2 day per week in Forfar office, 3 days remote (after training)
Temporary contract until April 2026
£14 per hour
