Don & Low are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the team on-site in Forfar. Hours of work can be negotiated for the right candidate and can be full-time or part-time.
OverviewAs a HR Administrator, you will be supporting the HR team with the administration of HR, Payroll and Pensions.
Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of monthly management information (employment/HR statistics)
- Assist in the process of ensuring all HR systems (IT and paper based) are kept up to date
- Support the HR Manager and wider team as required in terms of HR matters
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
- Administering the private medical and the dental membership
- Administer various third-party contracts
- Administer the company car fleet
- A good level of numeracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work to specific deadlines
- Aptitude and experience of payroll systems
- Good level of PC skills, particularly Word
- Ability to work alone and to use own initiative
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- A helpful and obliging demeanour
- Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
