Wild Things is seeking a Finance Officer to join our team of environmental enthusiasts. Your contribution to our work could make a real difference to communities and natural habitats across the North of Scotland

Every charity needs strong financial management underpinning the efficiency and effectiveness of the many charitable programmes we provide. If you have financial skills, whether through management, accountancy, book‑keeping or have other relevant experience, we’d love to hear from you.

This position will be responsible for the management of Wild Things monthly and year‑end business accounts, budgeting, grant compliance and payroll activities.

Wild Things is a thriving environmental education charity and social enterprise. We are looking to recruit a part‑time Finance Officer.

About Wild Things Founded in 2003, Wild Things is a Scottish Charity based in Moray. Our vision is to inspire people to understand, appreciate and care for their natural environment, and by doing so, improve their quality of life. We particularly seek to benefit people with educational, mental and physical health, behavioural, social or economic disadvantages. For over 20 years, we have helped over 38,000 people to access, enjoy, learn about and protect Scotland’s spectacular wilderness regions, as well as benefit from being actively involved in caring for their own local natural environment.

Part time/permanent: 14-21 hours per week

Salary £26-34k (pro rata dependent on experience)
