Wellbeing Lead – Renaissance Care

We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in social care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents.

Hours of work: 21 per week.

• Work alongside staff, residents, and relatives to identify what is important to residents.
• Support residents to have purpose and meaning in their life, designing activity on a personalized basis to improve individual wellbeing.
• Support staff in developing and maintaining these activities.
• Offer a variety of both group and individual sessions to ensure no one is excluded.

• Experience in a care environment.
• Preferably experience within an organisational role and managing finances.
• Compassionate and committed to providing high quality care to residents.
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
