Job DescriptionCEDA is looking for a Tow Truck Operator for our Dredge Fluid Management team in Fort McMurray, AB.

Key
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate CEDA tow trucks
- Hauling Equipment, loading and off-loading equipment
- Actively participate in field project execution
- Understand an obey all provincial highway rules and regulations
- Ensure equipment meets operation and safety requirements
- Perform pre-trip inspections
- Practice proper tow truck operations of the tilt deck, winch and truck
- Practice proper, legal load securement
- Care for and maintain company equipment to CEDA standards
- Provide tow truck services to customers in accordance with CEDA procedures
- Take part in all safety meetings
- Operate company vehicles and equipment in a professional, safe and courteous manner
Role Specifications:
- Valid Class 1or Class 3license with no more than 5 demerits in last 3years is required
- Prior experience driving a Tow Truck is required1+ years of operator experience in an industrial environment
- CSO certification required
- Ability to load and off load equipment ranging from pick-up trucks, pumps, and pump skids.
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and very good with a manual transmission
- You have the ability to prioritize and initiate innovative solutions
- You demonstrate strong organizational and problem solving skills
- You are safety focused when it comes to people and equipment
