You will define standards, metrics, reporting, and best practices, drive FAST Automation Framework adoption, and modernize Selenium Java assets with Playwright Type Script. The work spans CI/CD integration, AI-assisted testing, and enterprise application portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:- Define the enterprise test automation transformation roadmap
- Establish governance, metrics, reporting, and automation standards
- Lead Selenium Java migration to Playwright Type Script
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
- Manage geographically distributed automation teams and resources
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Test automation strategy and governance expertise
- FAST Automation Framework experience
- Playwright, Type Script, Selenium, and Java knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Shape Citi’s automation maturity through enterprise governance, Playwright modernization, CI/CD integration, and strategic quality engineering leadership.
