Student Worker, Cargo Claims and Prevention

Job Description

This position is responsible for acknowledging new claims, indexing documents, answering the phones and opening the mail.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge new claims.
• Index documents into proper files.
• Image documents into existing claims.
• Fold and mail claim checks.
• Answer the phone.
• Assist other departmental personnel.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements Education

• Currently pursuing a college degree

Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required

Other Details Work Hours

• This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

Compensation

• This is a hourly position paid weekly.
