We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, monitoring their condition and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care including personal care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Personal care- assisting with bathing/showering, washing, shaving, oral hygiene and continence requirements
• General observations and updating patient records
  
  Providing support and encouragement to patients
• Manual handling- using hoists/slide sheets

• 12 Months recent paid, Health Care Assistant experience completed at ward level within an NHS/HSC hospital setting.
• SSSC registered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
