The Care at Home team is recruiting a Lead Health and Social Care Support Worker to supervise, support and advise care teams throughout Lochaber.

• Provide supervision, support and advice to care teams.
• Develop team capabilities and foster a positive working environment.

• SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Willingness and ability to achieve 2 modules of SVQ Level 4 Supervisory Award within an agreed timeframe.

• Training and development from entry-level to management.
• Secure pay and pension scheme.
• 4 days on / 4 days off working rotation.
