Key Responsibilities:

Deliver strong sales leadership to drive store performance and exceed targets Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team focused on customer service excellence Manage all retail operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance Oversee recruitment & training to build a skilled, motivated team Ensure the store is presented to the highest standards, in line with company guidelines Take full P&L responsibility to ensure profitability and effective cost management Adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail setting, especially during peak periods
