Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strong sales leadership to drive store performance and exceed targets
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team focused on customer service excellence
- Manage all retail operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance
- Oversee recruitment & training to build a skilled, motivated team
- Ensure the store is presented to the highest standards, in line with company guidelines
- Take full P&L responsibility to ensure profitability and effective cost management
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail setting, especially during peak periods

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
- Strong team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development
