Permian Innovations is growing and we are in need of an Accounting Assistant to support accurate, organized financial recordkeeping through bookkeeping and routine office work. This role suits a detail-oriented candidate with computer literacy, office experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Quick Books. You’ll use word processing and computer skills to help maintain clear, dependable accounting information.
Responsibilities- Support bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting recordkeeping.
- Use Quick Books to assist with financial record organization.
- Work with spreadsheets to enter and organize information.
- Prepare and edit documents using word processing tools.
- Apply Microsoft Office and computer skills to office tasks.

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Accounting function.
- Office experience and general computer literacy.
- Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
- Knowledge of Quick Books and bookkeeping practices.

- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and programs.
