Position: Senior Credit Risk Review Manager I-Virtual

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Credit Risk Review Manager I-Virtual to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead a remote credit risk review function focused on continuous monitoring of commercial lending portfolios and the effectiveness of credit risk management practices. The position partners closely with business leaders, first-line teams, second-line risk partners, executive management, and external auditors to strengthen oversight and support sound risk decisions. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced credit professional who can combine deep lending knowledge, analytical rigor, and strong leadership to improve review quality and timely execution.

Compensation: $121,900 – $262,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage the continuous credit risk review program for assigned teams
• Evaluate credit risk management processes and compliance with policies
• Analyze complex credit risks in commercial portfolios
• Establish annual goals and risk-based business plans with credit risk review leadership
• Lead continuous review activities and ensure timely completion
• Present findings to executive management and external auditors
• Build effective relationships with first- and second-line partners to support risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of lending or credit experience, including 7+ years in management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Proficient in project management and data interpretation
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications
