• Lead complex implementation programs by developing comprehensive project schedules, managing milestones, and coordinating cross-functional delivery activities across multiple customer engagements
• Serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned customers by proactively managing expectations, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate implementation activities across Delivery, Technical Services, Product, Customer Success, and external stakeholders by managing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and driving accountability for project outcomes
• Analyze implementation risks and operational challenges by evaluating project progress, identifying potential delays, and developing mitigation strategies that support successful delivery outcomes
• Facilitate customer-facing implementation meetings by leading discussions, documenting action items, and ensuring follow-through on critical implementation activities and decisions
• Manage Jira tickets, project tasks, and implementation workflows by prioritizing issue resolution efforts and maintaining visibility into project health, milestones, and operational dependencies
• Support onboarding readiness and implementation planning activities by validating customer requirements, operational prerequisites, and resource alignment prior to implementation execution
• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation by preparing schedules, status reports, risk assessments, stakeholder communications, and implementation records throughout the project lifecycle
• Apply advanced project management methodologies by adapting delivery approaches to address varying customer environments, implementation complexities, and operational constraints
• Build strong customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing concerns, and guiding customers through implementation processes and decision-making activities
• Drive implementation execution by coordinating internal resources, monitoring progress against timelines, and escalating critical issues that may impact delivery success or customer satisfaction
• Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing recurring implementation challenges and recommending workflow enhancements that improve implementation predictability and operational efficiency
