Appointment Setter

You start the conversations that grow Novatar. You run cold outreach across email, Linked In, SMS, and the phone, qualify business owners, and book them onto a closer. You earn on every meeting you set and a cut of every deal it turns into.

• Run daily cold outreach by email, Linked In, SMS, and phone to local service businesses.
• Qualify owners against a simple checklist and book them onto a closer.
• Follow up fast and follow up often. Most booked meetings come from the fourth to seventh touch.
• Keep your pipeline and call notes clean in the CRM we give you.
• Hit a weekly target for qualified booked calls.

• You have set appointments or done outbound sales before. Some experience is fine.
• You write clear, human outreach and you are comfortable on the phone.
• Thick skin and a high work rate. You treat a no as one step closer to a yes.
• A reliable laptop, headset, and internet. This role is 100% remote.

Compensation: On-target earnings of $3,000 to $6,000 a month. A bonus per qualified meeting and a share of every deal it closes, recurring. Uncapped. The more meetings you set that turn into clients, the more you earn.

• All positions are 1099 independent-contractor, contract-to-hire roles. Strong performers can convert to a permanent role.
• Remote. You must be located in the city or service area you apply for.
• Able to visit or meet clients in person when needed.
• 18 or older.
• Eligible to work in the USA, with a valid driver’s license.
• No DUIs and no criminal record.
• Open to random drug testing to stay compliant with our policies.

1099 independent contractor. Remote. You set your own hours. Only candidates who pass our screening are offered the role.

This is a commission-only, 1099 contract opportunity. Earnings depend on your effort, your market, and how closely you follow the training and systems. Any figures shown are potential, not guaranteed, and results vary.
