Who We Are

Fort Worth STEAM Academy (FWSA) is a tuition-free public charter middle school in East Fort Worth. Our mission is to prepare every student for success in high school, college, and career through a rigorous STEAM-focused education, a joyful culture of high expectations, and strong community partnerships.

As we continue to grow our school community, we are seeking an energetic, personable, and results-oriented Student Recruitment & Outreach Specialist to help more Fort Worth families learn about FWSA and support prospective families from initial interest through enrollment.

Summary

The Student Recruitment & Outreach Specialist supports FWSA's enrollment goals by connecting with prospective families, executing community-based recruitment activities, and providing consistent follow-up throughout the application and enrollment process.

This is a highly people-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable initiating conversations with families, and takes ownership of following leads through the enrollment process. Because families are often most accessible outside traditional business hours, this position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
