Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Welcome Driver in Fort Worth, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at an aerospace and defense location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor security-related systems, respond to alarms, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and innovative team while supporting a professional environment through clear communication, integrity, and a caring, people-first approach.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service at a front desk location by following site-specific security-related procedures, visitor-management protocols, and access-control requirements.
• Greet, screen, and direct employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in a professional manner while maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Verify credentials and authorize entry in accordance with established procedures; issue and recover visitor badges and/or temporary access credentials as assigned.
• Monitor front desk communications, alarms, and access-control systems, reporting irregularities and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying designated contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
