JBS Live Pork is seeking a Remote Field Manager for the Southeast IA to Northeast MO region. You will work with contract producers, troubleshoot production issues, and drive profitability with on-farm solutions. This role reports to the Live Pork Production Manager.
You will travel 80% of the time to farms, manage 20–25 sites, and support contract renewals while coaching new farm managers. Must relocate to the specified region or be willing to relocate.
