MEP Quantity Surveyor - Frankfurt

We are looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to work on a major data centre project in Frankfurt for a Leading Main Contractor. This is a site-based role on a technically complex build, working as part of a well-established project team delivering critical infrastructure.
You’ll be responsible for the commercial management of MEP packages from early procurement through to final account. The project is already live, with a strong delivery team in place and a clear programme ahead.
The role
 
* Commercial management of MEP packages (mechanical, electrical, CSA interfaces)
 
* Procurement support and subcontractor management
 
* Cost reporting, valuations, variations, and change control
 
* Supporting the project team with commercial strategy and risk management
 
* Working closely with site, design, and client teams
What we’re looking for
 
* Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects
 
* Data centre, pharmaceutical, or other critical infrastructure experience preferred
 
* Strong understanding of MEP systems and subcontract packages
 
* Comfortable working on site and managing live projects
 
* Based in EU or UK (ideally due to mobilization and Visas)
 
* Open to travel is a must
