YMCA of South Hampton Roads is seeking a Teen Coordinator to design, plan, and deliver high-quality enrichment and engagement programs for teens aged 13–17. You will work under the Program Director to create leadership development, service learning, social activities, and personal growth opportunities, partnering with families, schools, and community groups.
You will lead Leaders Club, Y Achievers, Teen Entrepreneurship, Youth & Government projects, and other activities while ensuring alignment
