Ihre Aufgaben
- Durchführung von IMACD-Einsätzen:
Installation, Austausch und Rückbau von Arbeitsplatz-Hardware (Desktops, Notebooks, Thin Clients, Monitore, Drucker, Zubehör) - Staging der Hardware
- Bearbeiten und lösen von Onsite- / Remote-Incidents
- 1st und 2nd Level Support im Bereich Business Applikationen und Infrastruktur (Workplace, Mobile - Devices, Netzwerk, Client/Printer)
- Mitarbeit bei Moves und Rollouts (Projekte) inklusive anschliessendem Floorwalking
- Aufgaben aufteilung: 40% Life Cycle, 40% Service Desk, 20% Staging
Anforderungen
- abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung oder entsprechende IT-Weiterbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Installation, Konfiguration und Support von Client- und Peripherie Hardware sowie Client-Life Cycle und Rollouts
- Erfahrung im Troubleshooting bei Kunden vor Ort
- Sprachen:
Deutsch mind. C1 - Führerausweis B
- einwandfreier Strafregister
- Arbeitsort:
Frauenfeld - Anstellung ab Mitte Januar 2026
- mehrmonatiger, temporärer Einsatz mit evtl. Option auf Festanstellung
