Licensed Practical Nurse — Collaborative Patient Care

Mary Washington Home Health and/or Hospice seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role includes administering medications as approved by policy, documenting care, and collaborating with the RN to refine patient care plans.

Applicants should have Virginia LPN licensure, BLS CPR, and a commitment to ongoing education and licensure; experience is preferred. This position is on-site and part of the Mary Washington Healthcare system.
