Lead digital transformation projects through ERP implementation, change control, and risk management within the University’s strategic programme. Work across complex business change work streams.
As Project Manager, you will provide expert management for the HR and Finance Transformation Programme. The programme includes multiple projects, a new Enterprise Resource Planning system, and revised HR and Finance service delivery models. You will coordinate technical and business change components.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage work packages across one or possibly two work streams
- Plan projects and control approved changes
- Manage risks and oversee project financials
- Apply governance controls across technical and business change
- Manage sponsors, system owners, partners, and programme colleagues
- Project management experience in a technical, customer-focused environment
- Strategic experience engaging specialists and decision-makers
- Proven success initiating and leading change
- Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels
- IT project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or APMQ ideal
