This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional passionate about creating innovative, sustainable designs for commercial, institutional, and residential projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Conceptualize, plan, and develop architectural designs for new builds and renovations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress for compliance with design intent.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Stay current with building codes, sustainability practices, and industry trends.

What your experience looks like

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
