Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the project management life cycle, including:
Project scoping and requirements gathering.
Resource assignment and team coordination.
Project plan development (schedule, budget, quality).
Project tracking, monitoring, and reporting on progress, risks, and issues.
Develop and maintain all necessary project documentation, which includes, but is not limited to:
Project Plan
Issue and Action Logs
Risk Management Plan
Communication Plan
Status Reports
Maintain the Project Management Office (PMO) Library, specifically the lessons learned database, and proactively apply lessons learned to all new and ongoing initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of templates, procedures, and processes as part of our continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
Demonstrated experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering project solutions successfully.
Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
Expert proficiency in using the MS Suite, including Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of proven industry best practices and standards for project management.
A background in the Telecom industry is highly desirable.
A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is considered a significant asset.
A Project Management designation (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) is an asset but not required.
