Coordinate digital health projects using integrated scheduling and stakeholder management across Clinical Information System initiatives. Support complex healthcare transformation programs through structured delivery coordination.
This Project Coordinator role requires experience in Clinical Information Systems, Digital Health, or Healthcare IT Transformation. You will manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, governance activities, documentation, and reporting. The work connects clinical teams, business analysts, project managers, informatics teams, executives, and cross-functional work streams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and update integrated project schedules using actual progress
- Track milestones, dependencies, resources, variances, and changing priorities
- Coordinate governance committees, advisory groups, and working groups
- Prepare agendas, decisions, action logs, and follow-ups
- Produce status reports, RAID logs, and project documentation
- Two-plus years coordinating projects and managing schedules
- Experience supporting CIS implementations or digital health transformations
- Hands-on Dynamic Forecast Scheduling Methodology experience
- Three-plus years using Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and JIRA
- Post-secondary education in health sciences, informatics, public health, or related discipline
