• Be the go-to leader for your planting crew.
• Keep operations running smoothly and safely.
• Support planters with logistics, morale, and problem‑solving.
• Take pride in the success of your team and the trees you help plant.
• Leading a crew of 10‑14 tree planters with energy, focus, and accountability.
• Promoting and enforcing safety standards to ensure a safe work environment at all times.
• Maintaining high planting quality through regular coaching and follow‑up with planters.
• Managing daily job‑site operations, including logistics, troubleshooting, and crew coordination.
• Driving productivity by motivating your team to meet or exceed daily production targets.

• A clean driver’s abstract – you’ll be trusted to operate crew vehicles safely.
• Ability to obtain a class 4 licence (optional).
• Tree‑planting experience – a strong asset, but not a deal‑breaker.
• Ability to keep up in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work hard outdoors in all conditions—rain or shine.
• A self‑starting attitude with the drive to motivate and lead your team.
• Strong leadership skills – you know how to guide, support, and inspire others.
