We’re on the lookout for a Red Seal/Apprentice Technician ready to shift their career into high gear!

• Earnings: Flat Rate compensation structure of $17.50 to $29.20 per hour
  , tailored to your experience, certification and efficiency.

  To support stability, a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours.

• Level 1 to 4:
  Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level
• Red Seal:
  Red Seal Certification Bonus

Salary Top-Up Plan:

• Receive support to ease your financial burdens during each apprenticeship block
• Salary Top-Up Plan provides a percentage of previous hourly rate while off work attending your block
