We’re on the lookout for a Red Seal/Apprentice Technician ready to shift their career into high gear.

• Support automotive technician tasks as an Apprentice Technician, working toward Red Seal certification.
• Participate in the Road to Red Seal Program and related apprenticeship blocks.
• Engage with internal programs to earn bonuses and salary support during training blocks.

• Earnings: Flat Rate compensation structure of $17.50 to $29.20 per hour
  , tailored to experience, certification and efficiency.
• Guarantee: Biweekly minimum income guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours.

  Performance Incentive Program with opportunities for yearly rewards;
  Level Bonuses (Levels 1–4) and a Red Seal Certification Bonus.
• Salary Top-Up Plan: Financial support during apprenticeship blocks; a percentage of previous hourly rate while attending blocks.
• Benefits: Health & Dental plans, Retirement Savings Plan (employer-mached up to 4%, up to 5% after 5 years).
• Other: Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and service; work boot reimbursement up to $350; opportunities for internal promotion and growth.
