- Répondre aux demandes de la clientèle relatives aux produits et prestations par téléphone
- Repérer les opportunités de vente et les exploiter le plus activement possible
- Fixer des rendez-vous pour des conseils personnalisés
- Formation initiale terminée ou titre jugé équivalent
- Bonne expérience dans un service à la clientèle, un centre d'appels ou dans la vente
- Maitrise du français et très bonne connaissances de l'allemand (min. C1)
- Très à l'aise dans le numérique et grande facilité à se familiariser avec de nouveaux systèmes
- Flexibilité concernant les horaires de travail ( y compris le samedi de temps en temps)
- Etre domicilié/e dans la région
