For our Motion, Power, Sensing Division located in Fribourg, we are currently looking for an Electronics Engineer. In this role you will develop new electronic products, maintain existing ones, and design all kinds of signal conditioners and acquisition systems using analog and/or digital components.
- Define hardware specifications and product architecture in line with customer needs.
- Design, validate, and verify developed products.
- Establish the required documentation according to development processes in place.
- Define and control development tests and process test results.
- Participate in redesign projects due to obsolescence.
- Provide support to solve technical issues and propose solutions.
- Provide technical support to the project teams during development in the field of signal conditioners.
- University Degree (Master preferably) in Engineering (electronics or microtechnology).
- Knowledge in analog and digital electronic design, in particular signal conditioning, low and medium power AC‑DC & DC‑DC converters, etc.
- Knowledge in numerical modeling and development tools (Altium, Cadence, SPICE, etc.).
- Comfortable with using test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers, with experience in test software development and scripting (Python, LabVIEW, etc.).
- Strong team player, while being able to work independently.
- Curious by nature and technology savvy.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Experience of 2 years (or more) in industrial electrical engineering activities.
- Knowledge in optoelectronics and/or RF signal treatment.
