Project Manager; Automation

We are currently supporting a global life sciences solutions provider in their search for an experienced Automation Project Manager to join their team in Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of technically challenging projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.

• Leading automation projects from concept through to on-site commissioning
• Managing timelines, budgets, and project deliverables
• Designing electrical systems and selecting appropriate components
• Developing automation architecture, including PLC and HMI programming.
• Supporting pre-sales activities with technical input and cost/time estimations
• Providing post-sales support and troubleshooting

• Degree in automation engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years' of hands‑on experience in industrial automation
• Strong expertise in Siemens PLC and TIA Portal; knowledge of Rockwell is an added advantage
• Fluency in French and English;
  German is a bonus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills alongside a keen eye for detail.
